Truth - Can You Handle it?

Time is short - choose you this day whom you will serve. Do you love the truth?

2 Thessalonians 2:3 - 12 (KJV) 3Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition; 4Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, showing himself that he is God. 5Remember ye not, that, when I was yet with you, I told you these things? 6And now ye know what withholdeth that he might be revealed in his time. 7For the mystery of iniquity doth already work: only he who now letteth will let, until he be taken out of the way. 8And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming: 9Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders, 10And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved. 11And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie: 12That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.

The church is not as powerful in the earth as it ought to be because of the compromise of the truth. When Jesus sent the Holy Spirit, He is called the Spirit of truth. Do we walk in the Spirit thus walk in truth or do we compromise the truth for the sake of someone to feel good for a short time?
We need to be lovers of truth!
If there is to be a revival and an awakening it must be to truth and repentence.

Who do we serve?

Romans 12:1 - 3 (KJV) 1I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service. 2And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God. 3For I say, through the grace given unto me, to every man that is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think; but to think soberly, according as God hath dealt to every man the measure of faith.

Truth is eternal and if there is a downside it is only to those that are serving the flesh and will not come to truth.

We are to be seperated unto the Lord and we are called not to compromise even if it means our physical death. As it has been said, there is no king but Jesus! Remember the three Hebrew children that were thrown into the firey furnace.. they were thrown in but......

Part of the working out of our own salvation has to do with making decisions to do what is right regardless of what the world thinks of it. We are not called to fit in but we are called out of this world and are in it but not of it.

2 John 1:1 - 4 (KJV) 1The elder unto the elect lady and her children, whom I love in the truth; and not I only, but also all they that have known the truth; 2For the truth’s sake, which dwelleth in us, and shall be with us for ever. 3Grace be with you, mercy, and peace, from God the Father, and from the Lord Jesus Christ, the Son of the Father, in truth and love. 4I rejoiced greatly that I found of thy children walking in truth, as we have received a commandment from the Father.

Walk in truth!

Blessings on Ya!
