Quality of Life

So what makes the biggest difference in your quality of life? Outward circumstances? Inward qualities? Most often we buy into the myth that if our circumstances were better, then we would remain happy throughout life. But contentment and peace of mind are not really tied to outward things.

Sure, having more money, pleasure, or leisure would bring temporary and immediate gratification in our life. But lasting happiness and inner strength comes from something deeper.

A Clean Conscience - you can't be at peace with yourself when you are living with duplicity or guilt.
A Soul Free Of Bitterness - choosing to forgive someone or something lifts an enormous weight.
A Full Spirit - being connected with Christ and feeling in the flow of the Holy Spirit.
A Good Attitude - yes, you can choose this. And yes, your choice of attitude determines so much about your quality of life.
Words Of Faith + Blessing - what you say makes a difference. It reinforces your moment and others as well.

So look at the list. Which one do you lack today, if any? You will do so much for your quality of life if you deal with the one DIFFERENCE-MAKER DECISION that you can make today. May God bless you with an abundant life!
